1. Booking
How sessions are scheduled and what’s included in the booked time.
1.1 Minimum booking length
Bookings are hourly with a 1-hour minimum. Time includes setup and teardown.
1.2 Start and end time
Your session begins at the booked start time and ends at the booked end time. Please arrive on time and plan to fully exit the space by the end of your session.
1.3 Changes and add-ons
If you need to extend, shorten, or shift a booking, contact us as early as possible. Changes depend on availability and may affect pricing.
2. Access
How entry is handled and what you must do to keep the space secure.
2.1 Smart lock code
Access is granted via a temporary smart lock code shared before your session. Keep your code private.
2.2 Door and security
Keep the door closed between takes. Do not prop the door open for convenience unless specifically approved. You are responsible for ensuring only your group enters during your booking.
2.3 Late arrival
Late arrival does not extend your end time. If you anticipate delays, notify us so we can help where possible.
3. Cancellations
When and how refunds/credits may apply.
3.1 Free cancellation window
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before start.
3.2 Within 48 hours
Within 48 hours, partial credits may apply depending on whether we can rebook the slot. We’ll confirm any credit amount in writing.
3.3 No-shows
No-shows are generally not refundable, since the time is reserved exclusively for you.
4. Use of Space
Capacity, cleanliness, noise, and prohibited materials.
4.1 Capacity and safety
Respect capacity limits and follow any posted safety guidance. Keep walkways clear and secure cables to reduce trip hazards.
4.2 Prohibited materials
Avoid confetti, glitter, or permanent paint unless pre-approved. Any material that is difficult to remove may require additional cleaning fees.
4.3 Reset and cleanliness
Leave the space in a reasonable, reset condition: remove personal items, wipe obvious spills, and return moved furniture to its original position.
5. Fees
Transparent pricing, overtime rules, and invoices.
5.1 No hidden fees
No hidden fees. If any additional charges apply (for example, extra cleaning beyond normal reset), we’ll tell you what triggered it and why.
5.2 Overtime
Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments. If another booking begins immediately after yours, overtime may not be possible.
5.3 Invoices and receipts
Receipts are available upon request. If you need invoice details (company name, VAT/Tax info, or purchase order reference), provide them before the booking starts.

6. Liability
Responsibility for people, property, and rented equipment.
6.1 Responsibility for team and gear
You are responsible for your team and rented equipment during your booking. This includes supervising guests and ensuring equipment is used as intended.
6.2 Damage and incident reporting
Report any damage or incidents as soon as possible. Early reporting helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly.
6.3 Personal belongings
Keep track of personal belongings. We’re not responsible for lost or unattended items.
